• 4 hrs Bias Override: Fair Housing
  • satisfies PA Licensing renewal Fair Housing requirement
  • satisfies NAR Fair Housing training requirement for Cycle Jan 2025-Dec 2027
• 3 hrs Fair Play
  • satisfies PA Licensing renewal elective

Those who will attend in 2026:

• 7 hrs total
• 3.5 hrs Agency in Today's World
  • satisfies PA Licensing renewal Agency requirement
• 3.5 hrs Ethical Behavior in a Wired World
