A proud lifetime Erie native, Breanna Bush has a deep connection to the area and a wealth of knowledge that shapes her approach to both her professional and personal life.
She graduated from Mercyhurst Preparatory School before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies, with a minor in Marketing, from Penn State Behrend.
With a background in banking management, Breanna's career trajectory led her to become a Licensed PA Notary Public in 2007 and to pursue various roles in real estate. She has served as a real estate office administrator, property management administrator, assisted other real estate agents with transaction management, and has gained hands-on experience in real estate title and closing procedures.
She has a longstanding passion for real estate, one that began in her youth, and she is currently working on her very first home flip. Additionally, Breanna is passionate about real estate photography, which allows her to capture the unique essence of properties, helping clients visualize their potential new homes.
Breanna is a mother to two boys, Logan and Cayden, and shares her life with her significant other, Todd. Outside of her career, she is an avid nature enthusiast, loving the outdoors with activities like traveling, kayaking, hiking, and photography.
In 2025, Breanna will be serving on the Greater Erie Board of Realtors Education Committee, continuing her commitment to professional growth and community involvement.
As a Real Estate Agent, and as the daughter of a magician, Breanna aims to bring the magic of homeownership to life for her clients.
