Description

This orientation is a mandatory requirement for all new members. All new members are required to attend New Member Orientation within 120 days of joining.

Attendance - Orientation has a strict attendance requirement from the call to order to the adjournment. Any attendees who arrive after the ceremony is called to order or leave before the ceremony is adjourned will not receive credit for attending. 

The new member orientation ceremony is about 2 hours long. You will watch training videos, hear a few words from the GEBOR Association Executive and Board President, be sworn in as a REALTOR®, and receive your pin & certificate.  

To receive your Realtor® pin and certificate at the New Member Orientation Ceremony, please be sure to complete the Code of Ethics requirement. Access the online Code of Ethics Course at this link: https://www.nar.realtor/about-nar/governing-documents/code-of-ethics/code-of-ethics-training. You will want to choose the option, “Code of Ethics Course for New Members (Free)”.
